if we go public, can we keep the vote system in place? or at least make it such that a 90%, or other non-arbitrary percentage yea vote, allows a contributor place? also, can we have a cutoff number of members based on readership?
We are currently public. I think Miller raises a good question. In the past, we have needed a unanimous vote to make a decision (i.e. Inviting Butz in).
I wouldn't mind going Private.
ReplyDeleteI vote Privatizing of the IC.
ReplyDeleteI dont think we have a large outside readership, besides Melissa Fink.

ReplyDeleteI already thought we were private until a year ago. I vote to privatize. I might run for office someday.
