I have never had a drink at a work lunch. I do not go to lunch at work. I have had several drinks at an airport while coming home from work, but never returned to the office after having drinks.
I did a shot of Makers Mark in my office one time with an employee who was leaving Mercy and gave me a bottle.

I interpreted the question to be "Most drinks you've had at a work lunch when your not entertaining clients or traveling"
And read your question in the context of keeping a secret with the coworkers you entered into it with and you had to return to work.
That also ruled out having a beer end of day in the open when work had ended.
With travel, clients and end of days drinks removed; I've never had a drink at lunch and returned to work secretly.
I was sort of surprised.
