I found this picture of Portillo outside of a Vegan Deli in SoCal...
I saw that kid and thought of 1998 Mazur too. Except Mazur was still a virgin then. This teen has a baby in the oven. Apparently, he suffers from an early case of LS, or Lubahn Syndrome.
