I went to an all-black over-zealous hallelujah church in Memphis one Sunday where a drunk homeless man kept interupting the 4-hour service and trying to talk into the microphone(truth).
During hour three we all had to walk around the church, find someone you didn't know and talk to them about peace. During my interaction with a man, he told me he loved me and hugged me. I didn't know what to do.
I told him I loved him.
It is in my top five uncomfortable life moments.
I recommend a Sunday in an evangelical black church. Pretty wild schtuff goin down (a la this kid).
td jake's protege/journeymen/ intern / work-in-progress... he'll have the bentley in no time. and yes, td jakes drives a bentley, or at least he drove one to deion sander's house when i valeted out there one wknd. darryl strawberry also made an appearanceup. showed up in a limo with two scantily clad high heeled nuns. couldnt find chuck sheen. he was probably in the barber shop the whole shop time. 4th of july is fun celebration time in prosper, texas... oh, wait, no, deion's broke, having to sell that house. ce la vie.
