Is this part of Frost Bank or some type of small agency with 4 people in an Arlington strip mall? Was this man intelligent? I am aware he battled sharts and was Guile from Street Fighter while in the streets of Chicago, but I find this hard to believe. Is there a family connection? I think he told me he was raised by monks?
Arlington Strip Mall is exactly what I had in mind. His office has a view of an out-of-service gas station being remodeled into a Quik Sak and is adjacent to a Lee's Nails.
