King Lames

Did anyone else truly enjoy watching "King" Lames shoot 3/14 in a 32-point Game 5 loss at home? Me too.

I think "King" Lames is the most over-hyped athlete in sports. He wasn't even close to hitting his shots Tuesday. They were off-the-side-of-the-rim bricks. It was ugly. Lubahn-esque, if I dare. And I do.

I don't know what commercials look like these days in the Untied (intentional) States, but I assume LeBrenda is everyone: Vitamin water, Powerbars, Tonka Trucks, Noxema. Why? In his career, he has had one important game in the playoffs, when he scored like 27 points in a row against the Pistons in the Eastern Conference Finals 2007. He was then swept in the finals.

That's a pretty weak resume for a King.

Oh, and as for his 32-point drubbing at home on Tuesday, I indeed was "A Witness".

He's also 25.

Jordan didn't win his first championship until he was 28.

In Lebron's career he has averaged 27 pts, 7 ast and 7 rebounds. He is the youngest player in NBA history to score 15,000 points.

I am not sure one bad game proves this phenom is overrated.

And what's with the jab to the US? She's been pretty good to you.

He must have been on your fantasy team.

He's not worthy of wearing the "King's" crown.

This is Adam Williams at his best....saying stupid shit just to get a rise.

Will he have as many rings as Jordan...I don't think so, I don't think that he has the fire that Jordan did to win every single night.

Will he ever be on a team like the Spurs that play together night in and night out and just win, no.

LeBron James will very likely break most statistical records in basketball. So yes he is a phenom, sit back and enjoy.

"I don't know what commercials look like these days in the Untied (intentional) States" - it's like deja vu as I am quite sure I have heard this same rhetoric regarding Memphis and Chicago....coincidence

Regarding Memphis and Chicago? I don't understand what that means. Please explain.

It was just my take. I don't think that someone who hasn't won anything should be considered "The King". That seems like a fair observation.

To be honest, I thought my opinion would be shared. I don't like LeBron very much and think he is too into LeBron and chalk throwing and beating his chest. I liked watching him dismantled. (He'll probably score 80 tonight)

Not trying to "get a rise", just sharing my opinion. Please understand that, if my opinion deviates from yours, which actually does happen, my intention wasn't to rile you into response. I wish every time I posted my standpoint it wasn't demonized as "antagonistic". It's really gotten old.

I don't feel you're a demon (even though you do have a horn) I just disagree with you on Lebron. I think the whole "king" thing has more to do with giving the guy a clever nickname than anything else.

Adam likes the word "drubbing".

Why does LeBaron get to take extra steps? This guy travels more than Carmen San Diego. I'm still convinced he is 35...speaking of LeBaron, remember The Big Lubahnanski with that ragtop and jorts? I do. I wish you never parted ways with that machine.

I'm going to be a witness. Carlo's scorpian says hi Adam.
